FSAGI Stock App Terms and Conditions

Acknowledgement

You acknowledge and agree that:

  1. These Terms are solely between you and FSAGI LLC, not with Apple Inc.
  2. FSAGI LLC is solely responsible for the App and its content.
  3. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services for the App.

Scope of License

FSAGI LLC grants you a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Disclaimer

The App is an experimental tool provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not provide financial advice, and the App's output should not be considered as such. Investing in the stock market involves risks, including the potential loss of your entire investment.

Use of the App

  1. **Eligibility:** You must be at least 18 years old and not barred from using the App under applicable law.
  2. **Permitted Use:** The App is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
  3. **API Terms:** Your use of the API is subject to the terms of the API provider.
  4. **Data Accuracy:** We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the data.
  5. **No Financial Advice:** The App's output is not a recommendation to buy or sell securities.

Subscriptions

  1. **Subscription Plans:** We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Details about our subscription plans can be found within the App.
  2. **Payment:** By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable subscription fee. Subscription fees are typically charged on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) unless otherwise stated.
  3. **Free Trials:** We may offer free trials for certain subscription plans. If you sign up for a free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period, unless you cancel before the trial ends.
  4. **Cancellation:** You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation instructions can be found within the App or by contacting us. Please note that you may still be charged for the current billing period even if you cancel before it ends.
  5. **Refunds:** We generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees. However, you may be eligible for a refund under certain circumstances, such as if we fail to provide the services as described or if you cancel within a certain period after subscribing.
  6. **Price Changes:** We reserve the right to change the prices of our subscription plans at any time. We will notify you of any price changes in advance, and you will have the option to cancel your subscription if you do not agree to the new price.

Account and Security

  2. **Account Security:** We are not liable for losses due to your failure to maintain account security.

Intellectual Property

FSAGI LLC owns all intellectual property rights in the App. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FSAGI LLC will not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

Warranty Disclaimer

FSAGI LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Nevada law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
